These are the terms Regression Co works under. They are written in plain English on purpose.
Any price we give before seeing the job is an estimate. We confirm the actual price with you before starting work, and we do not change it afterwards without telling you first and getting your agreement.
A booking is confirmed when we have agreed a date with you. If you need to move or cancel it, let us know as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Payment is due as agreed when the work is booked. If anything about the invoice does not look right to you, call us before paying and we will go through it.
We carry out the work described in the quote with reasonable care and skill. If something we did is not right, tell us and we will come back and put it right.
Problems that existed before we arrived, and work outside what was quoted, are not covered by the original price. We will always tell you what we have found and what it would cost before doing anything extra.
